Why I Got Into Real Estate

My journey into real estate began with an unusual insight: the most valuable land lies not in bustling cities but in graveyards, where untapped potential sleeps eternally. This thought sparked a dream to combat the modern epidemic of loneliness by helping people find their “village” and their “tribe”.
During a reflective drive through the Sahara Desert of Tunisia some years ago, I felt a strong urge for a new venture. After a decade in meditation coaching, I was ready for a change. My aim? To address the distress of isolation and loneliness in my part of the world by leveraging my community-building skills.
After presenting this concept, I received overwhelmingly positive feedback that real estate could be that platform to engage with new people coming into the SF Bay Area. Seeing an opportunity to merge this vision with real estate, I took a significant step: I passed the California board exam and joined the #1 real estate company in the United States. My goal is clear: to master the real estate industry and to share my insights on creating inclusive, thriving communities.
